Today Rambo and Rocky had their first appointment with their fairy tooth mother Melissa at APL Cosmetic Tooth Cleaning and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

The reason I chose Melissa in the first place was because of her incredible energy. From our very first interaction, she had the most amazing aura. Calm, kind and genuine. As a pet parent, you can tell when someone truly loves what they do and Melissa radiates that. She is absolutely in the right profession.

As a dachshund mom I was naturally a little nervous trying a non-sedative dental cleaning for the first time. From the moment I dropped the boys off, I felt confident they were in great hands. Throughout their appointment, Melissa and Linda kept me updated on how they were doing, which gave me so much peace of mind.

When I picked them up, I was honestly blown away by the results. The amount of build up that was removed was incredible and their teeth look so much cleaner and healthier. The before and after photos speak for themselves. I was especially impressed by how comfortable and relaxed the boys were throughout the process.

What also stood out to me was that Melissa didn’t just clean their teeth and send us on our way. She took the time to discuss home dental care and provided recommendations for maintaining their oral health between appointments. That educational component is so important and is something that can often get overlooked.

I rarely leave 5-star reviews but this experience earned every single one of those stars. Professional, knowledgeable, communicative, compassionate and truly exceptional at what she does.

Our little Juneau had an amazing time with Melissa from APL. His teeth and breath were a challenge with his tiny mouth and Melissa worked her majic and his teeth are the cleanest I’ve ever seen and his breath is fresh! She shared before and after pictures which was amazing to see and our little Juneau was so comfortable with her! Thank you Melissa so much for this amazing experience! We will definitely be back ❤️

Melissa at ADL Cosmetic Teeth Cleaning and the team at Hello Pets were so amazing! It was my first time bringing my miniature goldendoodle, Gigi there for a cleaning. She's a very anxious baby, but she was so well cared for by Melissa and the team. You can feel that they really care and make you and your pet feel at ease. Her teeth look great, a big improvement. Melissa also took the time after she was done to explain things to me and give me tips on how to care for Gigi's teeth in between cleanings. We will definitely be going back!

I am very thankful for their service with Bambino. I was so worried as my dog is very small and fragile but they took a great care of him and he was very happy after the cleaning. Thank you Melissa and Olga to be so wonderful❤️
